Request for Clarification on Developmentally Appropriate RSE Provision
This document is a template letter for parents to send to a school headteacher regarding Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) in Wales. It argues that RSE should be based on a child's individual developmental stage rather than age alone, citing the Welsh Government's RSE Code, the Curriculum and Assessment (Wales) Act 2021, and relevant case law.
