Get ready for adults to be grooming children as a norm. This is what politics, teachers and parents advocate for. They justify this as safeguarding by teaching children from an early age (preferably birth) that this empowers them to not be a risk for sexual abuse. Last time I checked a preditor does not care if you consent or not they intend to groom you, manipulate you and degrade you. As a young defenseless child you are already at higher risk and the fact this is to be taught to disabled children blows my mind!
